Bucs bring back Jordan Shipley, Tiquan Underwood and sign Chris Owusu. To make room for these 3 the Bucs released WR Preston Parker, OG Derek Hardman and placed WR Sammie Stroughter on IR.

Shipley to see special team duty today.

I think he will see significant action in the coming weeks in the slot.....just a gut feeling

So do I. The coaching staff is being strict on fumbles. Parker was cut for fumbles with punts. Shipley fumbled a punt vs the Cowboys, gets released.
