I've been in West Virginia for the past month, so I haven't been very consistent on the boards.

However, the way this season is closing with potentially 6 straight losses, early momentum has once again been shattered.

But at least the team isn't losing by 30 points like last year.

Freeman is hugely disappointing and one must question if he has any upside left.

Martin has exceeded everyone's expectations

Both lines have issues, and who knows when or how that gets fixed.....

The Bucs beat the Falcons 22-17 today, ending the season with a win and a 7-9 record. I was expecting 6-7 wins going into the season. All in all, you have to say this was a successful first season for HC Greg Schiano. Yes the team was up and down all season, there were also a ton of injuries.

Schiano installed discipline in this team and this season was way better than last season. The Bucs led the entire NFL in rush defense this season. The secondary needs to be fixed via FA and the draft. I think this team can win 8-10 games next yr with a fully healthy O Line, including both Pro Bowl Guards, a full season of Adrian Clayborn and Da'Quan Bowers, and picking up a DB or two in FA.

I also expect Freeman and Sullivan to continue to work out the little things Freeman needs to fix. This offense should be even more explosive in yr 2 under Sullivan and with both Pro Bowl Guards healthy.

Freeman became the first QB in Bucs history to throw for 4,000 or more yards. He also broke Brad Johnson's franchise record for Passing TD's in a season with 27 TDs(Brad set the record with 26). Doug Martin broke just about every Bucs rookie and non rookie rushing records.
