Per Jay Glaze both have been fired. I'm hoping for Lovie Smith or the defensive coordinator from Cincinnati

About time.

Another name to throw in the hat might be Rich Bissaccia the former assistant HC

I would pass on that, we need a proven head coach. Not another Morris/Schiano. Lovie Smith or bust!

Smith should be the obvious front runner.

You might throw Whisenhunt in there too

I would expect that it will be smith, as the Bucs have not been the same since he left

Candidates from PewterReport.com,

http://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?o ... &Itemid=15

Lovie Smith, SD OC Ken Whisenhunt, Gary Kubiak, Bengals DC Mike Zimmer, Bengals OC Jay Gruden, Baylor HC Art Briles, Stanford HC David Shaw and SF OC Greg Roman.

Lovie Smith has said whatever job he gets he would bring former Cal HC and offensive guru Jeff Tedford with him as his OC. I would be 100% ok with that!

Candidates for GM,

http://www.pewterreport.com/index.php?o ... &Itemid=15

Former Bucs GM and current Falcons president Rich McKay, Former Bucs LB Shelton Quarles who works in the Bucs scouting dept, Marc Ross Giants VP of player development, Rams COO Kevin Demoff and former Bears GM Jerry Angelo who worked for the Bucs for 14 yrs before leaving for the Bears.

I can't see McKay leaving his gig in Atlanta, especially after how he left Tampa.

Angelo had some success, but also did not set the world on fire.

Quarles isn't ready IMO.

I would love for McKay to return though.

It will be very hard to get McKay, but he has a chance to repair his image amongst Bucs brass, and fans if he did return. I agree on Quarles and others. I think it's McKay or Angelo(who hired Lovie in Chicago).
