Harvin traded to the Jets, should Bucs have traded for him??

Percy Harvin was traded by the Seahawks to the Jets for a 2015 5th round pick. Rumors are he had a physical confrontation with another Seahawks player in their locker room.
If you were GM Licht and HC Smith would you have traded for Harvin?? I would have for that low cost. The Bucs need something to spark their offense. I would have sent Louis Murphy and a '15 5th round pick to the Seahawks for Harvin. He could play in the slot, with VJax and Evans on the outside. Could also use Harvin in the return game.
