Scroll down to #4, looks like the Bucs will be looking for a new OC this winter. Apparently Tedford could have returned at week 4, but didn't want to. Lovie and the organization feel like he left them and choose not to return.

Lovie and GM Licht better do their homework this winter, they need to find a new OC, draft one of Mariota/Winston and rebuild the O Line.

Possible candidates for OC next season, Joe Philbin and Ken Wisenhunt. I think Philbin is more likely to get fired, looks like the Titans have found their QB for now in Mettenberger and moved on from Locker.
I wouldn't mind Philbin, he was OC with the Packers for 5 seasons under Mike McCarthy, including the Super Bowl winning season with Rodgers. If Philbin is hired I'd like him to bring his OC Bill Lazor with him to be QB coach.
