The Bucs are among 6 teams interested in acquiring Peterson. The Vikings are looking to get a 1st rd pick. The Bucs have the 34th pick(2nd overall pick in round 2) in the draft. Which is basically like a late 1st rd pick. Rumors are what the Bucs offer would be is the 34th pick and RB Doug Martin for AP.
Also of note, the Bucs have the cap space to afford his contract. So would you trade for AP? It's pretty much certain the Bucs will draft Winston with the 1st pick, adding a running back like AP in the backfield would be huge for a young QB.


I would do this. Trade Glennon to Bills or Browns for a 4th rd pick.

AP is a proven star and would be huge in taking pressure off a young QB in Winston. If all it cost was the 34th pick and Doug Martin I would do it in a heartbeat.
