Should Lovie be fired?
Plain and simple, you all have watched over the last 24 games. Lovie and the Bucs are 4-18 in that span.

Good organizations have stability and that is what the Bucs need. The Bucs were a terrible team before he arrived and it is going to take him more than two years to turn this ship completely around. We are going to see a very much improved team in year 3 especially after he has a chance to use the first few rounds of the draft on defensive help.

I say no I'd like for us to keep a coach for a while not reshuffle again. We just need upgrades on safety and corners not let Lovie have every ex Bear that comes to market. Our Oline is finally taking shape just need a solid 3rd WR I'm was hoping Kenny Bell would be huge for us but he got injured.
