Bucs Mock draft 4.0 2 weeks prior to draft..... Trade included

In this mock I decided to do a trade for the Bucs, some teams are calling Licht on Glennon and one of those teams is the Rams. so the trade will be, The Rams send pick #15, # 43, #45 and a 2017 5th round pick to the Bucs for # 9 and Mike Glennon.
And later in round 1, Jason Licht moves back up in round 1 to select CB William Jackson. Bucs send 2 of their 3 2nd rd picks to Cincinnati, #39(from Bucs) and #43(from Rams) for #24.

Stay at 9, I can't see Licht giving up a lot of picks to move up. If anything he'll trade down and gain more picks. With the Rams and Eagles trading up to 2, if Wentz and Goff are the first two picks, I'm hoping Bosa is there at 9.
