OT: Repicking the Bucs first 5 picks in 2011....

Post#1 » by Nemesis21 » Thu Apr 21, 2016 9:27 pm

I was doing some research on something from this draft, and kind of thought what a redo on the Bucs first 5 picks in this draft. Dominik/Morris really screwed up in this one.

Bucs actual picks. Players actual picked number in ()

Rd 1) DE Adrian Clayborn (20)
Rd 2) DE Daquan Bowers (51)
Rd 3) LB Mason Foster (84)
Rd 4) TE Luke Stocker (104)
Rd 5) S Ahmad Black (151)

If the Dominik/Morris and their staffs new what they were doing, Players actual picked number in ()

Rd 1) DE Muhammad Wilkerson (30)
Rd 2) DT Stephen Paea (53)
Rd 3) LB Mason Foster
Rd 4) TE Julius Thomas (129)
Rd 5) CB Richard Sherman (154)

:o Mind blowing, the defense would still have Wilkerson, Paea and Sherman today and Jameis would be throwing to VJax, Evans and Thomas. :o

If we had those guys we may not have Jameis or Evans. With that defensive core our record would have been much better pushing us down the draft board.
