Falcons at Bucs Thursday Night Game 11/03.....

Post#1 » by Nemesis21 » Wed Nov 2, 2016 8:26 pm

The Bucs are looking to go for the season sweep and trying to avoid losing 2 games in a row. The Falcons are looking to even the season series, after losing a close game to the Bucs at the beginning of the season. Martin and Quizz out, Peyton Barber and Mike James to split the carries.

I hope we win, but I think the Falcons get this one.

Excited to see Jameis vs Ryan

Have both on my fantasy team, but am going to start Ryan this week, he's been more consistent

hope Jameis throws for 8 TD's and 900 yds tho

After a close first half, Bucs down 20-14, the Falcons open it up in the second half and win 43-28. In the first half the Bucs pass rush was able to get to, sack, hit and cause Ryan to fumble. In the second half, not so much. The defense is bad, Mike Smith's defense looks almost as bad as Lovie Smith's, the defense has allowed nearly 1100 yds of offense the last two games. Our 5'11" and under CBs are getting abused, the pass rush is non existent for the most part during games.
I really don't get trading Jonathan Banks, our tallest CB at the time at 6'2". He was good under Schiano, no one was good under Lovie. Licht and Koetter didn't even give him a chance, he didn't see the field during the regular season at all. The Bucs need to draft or sign a taller CB this offseason. Taller WRs are taking advantage of our small CB and lack of pass rush. Also Brent Grimes has been pretty much garbage this season, put him in the category of FAs the Bucs sign that didn't amount to anything. Michael Johnson, Verner, McCown, Wright, etc.
