I would like to see the Bucs go with a RB or Safety at #50. Plenty of options at that pick

RB - Cook, Mixon, Foreman

S - Baker, Melifonwu, Maye

I agree 100%, Cook or Mixon would make this offence absolutely deadly. I would be in favor of moving up to grab Cook.

The Bucs traded up to get back into round 3, draft LB Kendall Beckwith LSU

The Bucs draft RB Jeremy McNichols Boise St at #162

Not a fan of our last two picks. Don't like moving up for Beckwith, I would have kept the 4th round pick 125 and brought in some T/G depth and competition with Julie'n Davenport, who went to Texans at 130.

Other than our first pick, I am not that blown away. I believe with a little more creativity we could have moved up to get Cook or Mixon who could be true impact players. Teams would have had nightmares trying to defend us.

I like our first three picks, although I would have made sure to get Cook/Mixon.
I don't like moving up for Beckwith and giving up 6th round pick. I do like the 7th round pick, I thought Stevie would go in round 5.

Licht and Koetter were asked about Martin, seems he'll stick around. I could see them having 3 or 4 RBs on the roster. Martin, Quizz, McNichols and maybe one of Sims/Barber.

Draft grade C+ only because OJ is going to add a nice demention to the offence. Hopefully some of the other picks will contribute more than I expect.

I can see your grade, but first three picks are good. Might not be the players we wanted. I mocked Godwin to us in a few mocks, he'll be a good WR 2, when DeSean retires.

We got the number 1 TE, a top 6 Safety and Top 8 WR in first three rounds.

Now that the dust has settled I should not let my emotion of not moving up to draft Cook or Mixon cloud my judgment of our entire draft. It would have been nice if they were able to trade our 4th through 7th picks to move up and snag one of the RB's but that is behind us now. With our WR's and TE's and especially with OJ blocking abilities Cook or Mixon would have ran wild. Hopefully our current RB got his act together and return to form.

I am feeling good about this team and baring any major injuries we will make the playoffs.

The Bucs pick up undrafted QB Sefo Liufau out of Colorado. He is big and physical. He is a raw talent that is coachable and could be developed into a nice backup.

I feel like OJ Howard will be the steal of the draft.

Just did some research on Sefo, hopefully he sticks around. I think he has a better chance of being groomed into Winston's backup/emergency QB than Griffin and Renfree.

OJ Howard maybe the steal of the 1st round. But the biggest steal in a whole NFL draft is supposed to be a 6th or 7th round draft pick or an undrafted guy that has a good year. If a 6th or 7th round draft pick matches the same production as a 1st round draft pick and assuming they both have a good year. Than the 6th or 7th round draft pick is the better steal.

I'm looking at Malachi Dupree a 7th round draft pick by the Green Packers as potentially the biggest steal in the whole draft.

I was surprised to see Malachi drop so far. He got a gift by finally playing with a real QB. I don't know about steal of the whole draft, but we'll see how it plays out.
