Simms to IR (already?)

Chris Simms is dealing with a sore throwing arm and reportedly in danger of being released or placed on injured reserve.
It's hard to imagine Tampa cutting Simms after paying him a $3 million signing bonus this winter, but the team's interest in Daunte Culpepper doesn't bode well. Simms hasn't practiced in two days and is taking anti-inflammatories as he continues to recover from a splenectomy underwent nearly a year ago. Jul. 30 - 12:34 pm et
This guy just can't stay healthy, and he's close to being out of the league because of it.
