they Buccaneers announced today that they brought back Quarles to be a scout.


glad to see this, I'd like if he were a player/scout. and they need to bring Rice back!

Yep, I saw the reports that he was in the stands during training camp watching players practice. Now that they hired him as a scout, it makes sense.
