Game Thread - Oops

Post#1 » by catalyst » Sun Oct 19, 2008 9:25 pm

Sorry guys. I forgot to get the game thread up.

I guess the Cowboys howed up as much as I did today. They were awful. I think the Wade Phillips pattern continues as hed teams decay the longer he is there.

The Cowboys are in a terrible tailspin. Looking at them lately is like looking at the stock market slowly crash.

It was bad all around and i really don't know what to say after that embarrassing performance. On the offensive side I want to cut them some slack by saying that it was because Rob Johnson was the QB. Well he does suck, and threw 3 interceptions but with the guys there it should have been easier. Garrett is supposed to be some offensive genius but as of late they really haven't been creating anything, or changing up the game plan during the course of the game.

Things are bad on the offense, but the defense was the real let down today. I thought Wade was a defensive guy yet that seems to be the teams weakest spot now.

its hard to stop any offense when they get amazing field position b/c of the offenses ineptitude and poor special team play on there 1st kickoff

not saying it was there best performance today but the offense put this team in a hole the entire game constantly giving the rams great field position b/c of TO's

There are no excuses. The cowboys played like crap to a lesser talent team. This is the wade fade happening sooner than expected. Bring on Cowher!

This was the easy stretch. Tampa, Giants, and Redskins is a tough stretch coming down the road.

i didnt mean tough schedule. ( i should have been more clear) i meant they are going through a tough time right now. im hoping they get the losing out of their system and get back on the winning track.
