I have not read or heard any Cowboy FA moves or rumors. I know that Jerry is limited, but to nothing? Also, when did these rules affecting the Top 8 Team signings come into place? I dont remember then 2 years ago.

ya, they want to restrict the best teams from getting better so you're limited as to how much you can spend per player, unless i believe one of your unrestricted f/a's leave (which we have few of)

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones expressed concern Tuesday about the consequences of a possible "poison pill" contract offer to restricted free agent Miles Austin.
"That's always a concern and that's one of the things that needs to be addressed in the new collective bargaining agreement," Jones said. "Those are called unintended consequences there."
