Went heavy on the lines here. I had to google many of these players. Saw Peterson in Cotton bowl and was very underwhelmed. A&M big receiver had huge game against him, but he was giving a large cushion.

Nice work again. Will be fun to see how the reality matches up to speculation.

Pros:
Played in a lot of different defensive schemes and played both Safety spots. Can really lay the wood and can strike fear in players going over the middle. Good in run defense. Better in zone then he is in man coverage. Excellent size and has a good back pedal and great recovery speed. Excellent character guy and leader.

Cons:
Needs to improve his reaction time as he sometimes ends up a second late to the play. Needs to improve his tackling a bit. Has average speed. Can play too aggressive at times.

The Skinny
Basically he has all the tools you would want and just needs some fine tuning. Hes still pretty raw and I see a lot of potential to his game. Was a two star athlete that worked his tail off to be become an all American. Got better every year. He does a lot of charity work and has had his own non profit organization since he was a sopomore. The kind of player you want on your team and all of his flaws are coachable. Hes a solid 2nd round pick that could move into the early 2nd round depending on his 40 time. Will likely have to move over to the Strong safety position fortunately he has the skills to do either S spot

NFL Comparison
Kerry Rhodes on the field not off the field
