Expectations grow... which is somewhat expected in pro football.
Dallas gets more national coverage...which has gotta upset many NFL football fans
Jerry looks smarter and Jason better....to the shock of all

Can you imagine the back patting Jerry will do if this team wins the SB. I bet his first call will be to Jimmy. Soon afterward his head will explode on national TV.

As I always have said, JG won me over with his first ever press conference. I had forgotten what a leader looked like, watching Wade sit at a table. Don't get me wrong, I liked Wade Phillips and he was a very good Def coordinator. JG began by saying 3:15 Sunday in New York..... Sure he has made mistakes over the the years but coaches have to learn too. He will still make mistakes and through all his corny cliches and exact messages, somewhere he finally got a group of guys to buy in. I'm not saying the process is complete, because there is still improvement needed in all facets but the staff that has been assembled around him is pretty damn strong and has a wealth of knowledge. All these guys respect the past and understand what it takes. Throw that in with players that are hungry and thirsty for winning and you have a pretty good formula. Long way to go still, but I'm enjoying the journey
