I don't know a thing about him. I'll take your word for it.

You might remember him more from his time with the Giants. Excellent run defender and good locker room guy.

Cowboys uncertain that Elliott will start or play this weekend due to his knee. Been waiting for a day when Pollard can start and be the number 1 RB. I just want to see how the offense looks when Pollard is full time, even if just for one week.

Hopefully the Bears wont blitz much. Would hate to see Dak get killed in this game because of a missed block. I wonder if they will call up Malik Davis from the practice squad if Zeke can’t play.

I am looking forward to the Packers game. We should, and we better, destroy that team.

Ever since the "Dez catch" game I just really want to stick it to them. And I hope that game is very lopsided in our favor. Like embarrassingly lopsided.

You always bring that up every time there's a chance Pollard is getting the start or gets a lot more playing time. I'm starting to think you hate Pollard as much as I hate Elliott. I know you watch the games and find it hard to believe you haven't noticed how much better, how much more explosive and how much they score and open up things when Pollard is in the game. This just may be the game where Pollard proves to us all he deserves to be the starter. Been waiting for this all year.

There’s more to being a RB than just running the ball. I love Pollard’s big play potential but I hate his ability to pick up blitzes. I’m just hoping he doesn’t get Dak killed.

Instead of going double tight end, you can always go with a fullback package to help with blocking so you can use Pollard in the running game.

Kellen Moore is definitely going to have to get creative with the blocking schemes today.

Here's something to think about.

Tampa Bay looks like a garbage team.

Week 1 when they absolutely annihilated Dallas and had the entire fan base wanting to tank the year we all thought that Tampa was one of the elite teams in the NFL.

But now that loss is looking extra dreadful.

Tampa Bay is no where near as healthy now as they were back then.

And with that, the last remnant of Rod Marinelli’s draft acumen is gone.

Cowboys are 3-0 in their road blue jerseys this year. Anyone notice they changed the pants this year to the road blues uniforms. They are white instead of silver metallic. I much prefer the silver metallic. :eek1:

I would have loved to get Brandin Cooks but not at that price.

I think *IF* Lamb, Gallup, Brown can all stay healthy that is a solid WR core.

The problem is that is a huge "if".

Losing either Gallup or Brown would be a huge hit and losing Lamb would be flat out disastrous. Having Cooks would have definitely insured depth and stability at WR.

I wish that Dallas had just held onto Amari one more year. I think trading him away was a big mistake. And that is probably on Jerry too.

I agree and disagree about Amari Cooper. I do wish they would have been able to get a better trade for him. But as far as him as a player we really haven’t missed him that much.

Amari Cooper is still the same player he was in Dallas. If you look at his numbers he still only produces at home. He still disappears on the road. Game 1 was was a total **** so it wouldn’t have mattered if he was still here or not. The other game we lost was a road game so he wouldn’t have helped there. I keep hearing in the media “I bet the Cowboys wish they still had him”, and “he’s balling out in Cleveland”, yea at home only.

Return to Dallas Cowboys
