The team that signs him is responsible for the amount of guaranteed money in the deal. The Cowboys still owe him close to $90M in guaranteed money. The team that trades for him would only be on the hook for his base salary.

Well in that case it would be a good deal for a team like Houston while the Cowboys are screwing themselves.

That's why teams have been so reluctant to give out fully guaranteed deals to players. It gives them an easier out the lower the number.

I'm beginning to see the Raven's side of things when it comes to Lamar Jackson.

The Brown's are essentially ****** if Watson doesn't perform.

What if he gets hurt? Browns still have to pay him his guaranteed money?

Yes, the contract is fully guaranteed. The only potential out they have is if he gets suspended by the league & ends up in prison.

Otherwise he'll get every penny.

Wonder what the Bengals will do with Joe Burrow after next season. That will probably be the next huge QB contract coming up.

In my opinion Burrow is the best of the young QB’s, even over Josh Allen. The Bengals have a history of being a cheap organization. It’s why Tee Higgins is on the trade block. I heard someone say the other day the Bengals are getting ready to screw over Joe Burrow.

Do you have any idea what Tee Higgins is asking from the Bengals? I'd love him on our team that's for sure. Maybe the Bengals will have to shed some players and contracts so they can pay Burrow and Higgins might end up being a casualty. Ya'll all say you want a WR to help out the Offense and Dak. This is the guy imho.

From my understanding Tee Higgins wants to be one of the highest paid WR’s if not the highest paid WR.

I'm not breaking the bank for Tee Higgins. Good receiver. But you can find one in the first two rounds.

Agreed. Use those resources to solidify the OL or DL. Get your skill guys in the draft.

Here is a potential 3rd round pick. Demarvion Overshown has really good size and speed.

Love it !! Like I have been saying for years, you can never have enough LB's. When Vander Esch was out for a month last years we stunk against the run and couldn't stop a nose bleed. That's why every year you always see me push for DT's and LB's.

Seems the Cowboys have been pretty busy interviewing defensive players at the Combine. Besides the Texas LB I’ve seen 3 other LB’s they’ve interviewed and this DE from Auburn.

I also see many mock drafts where they have us taking Drew Sanders with our first pick. And it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all if we used the whole draft on defense. At least there is promise on that side of the ball.

Bengals put out a statement out his morning that they are not trading Tee Higgins. So forget that idea.
