What about Romo for Sunday? It seems like they are keeping something quiet. I expected him to say he would be ready to go for Sunday. He didn't exactly put it that way this time

It has been my wish for a while that Romo ends his career on some sort of high note. Just something to excise a few demons. But at the same time we cannot have a slightly tentative Romo getting on the field.
We cannot squander this gift that is 6-2
Is blue print is out or was it just a bad night for the O line? It may well be a challenge with a healthy Romo out there. Why not rest him and at the same time work out the kinks in the O line for picking up the blits.

I don't think he ever shoulda been back in the skins game if he was going to be questionable for the Cards.
pure drama and so unnecessary IMO

I had no probs him going back in but if he is questionable now (game time decision) he should have been allowed to return.

Weeden will be working and taking most of the snaps this week anyways. Playing with house money right now so let Romo heal for 3 weeks. I want to see what we have in Weeden in case we really do need him in the future. Plus, I want to see how this team responds after a loss like this. It will say a lot about their mental toughness and overall character as a team. We can afford to experiment with some things here with the schedule the next 3 weeks and heal and rest up some key players if need be with 6-2 record and 1 game lead in the division.

Luckily Weeden looked good Monday night. Granted was just two series
and also luckily a banged up Romo or Weeden we will likely lean on the running game either way
