Gotta give the edge to Philly by the schedules. Pretty much the same but we play Indy at home, they play Seattle - wash. We play at Chicago , they play the Titans8- adv them. The doom and gloom is hitting me today and I don't know why.

I don't give the edge at all with the Egals. With most everyone coming back, if the defense continues to improve and play good, hard football and the offense doesn't turn the ball over, we have a decent shot of running the table if we remain healthy. Its a shoot out between us and the Egals and I'm not scared of them at all.

Never said I was scared of the Eagles I'm just saying I would rather have their schedule the rest of the way. The Giants will be out of it by week 17. Right now, Coughlin is preaching to them how they can run the table and still win this thing. Week 17 they will playing to get the season over with and look forward to their vacation. We will get their best effort come Sunday.

Not likely but it is possible that Dallas or Philly could (key word COULD) clinch the East by week 15

Winner on turkey day is almost assured a playoff spot and puts them in good position for the division and possible first round bye.

maybe it's me, but that word, "assured" is certainly debatable.

Exactly. What if Philly wins on THanksgiving and loses to Seattle the following week and Philly and Dallas are playing head to head again.

I did say almost. Nevertheless, I will predict we make the playoffs if we win on turkey day and beat the over rated pansie-assed Egals.

fair enough...I need to see each week and track injuries. Most NFL teams are a house of cards with regards to injuries. I do feel real good about this team and their focus.

If we continue to improve and remain focused, and most importantly, remain healthy, most of us in here just will be surprised how far we go this year.
