Cowboys vs Seahawks game on. Maybe I'll just pretend that was last weeks game and that way I'll feel better about this week @ Chi

Re: NFL Network
And of course the first play I see Romo takes an 11 yard sack when he easily could have thrown the ball away to make a 2nd and 6 into a 3rd and 17...

Re: NFL Network
If you kept watching you would have seen him make the play of the year along with Terrance Williams.

I did see that too. Williams made a great catch even though Romo led him too much. Although some say he was really throwing to Witten and over threw him. Big win for us, good thing the turnovers like the Romo fumble in the red zone didn't hurt us.

Yes I was actually hoping that would show WIlliams it is possible to just catch it with your hands. He had to be throwing it too WIlliams though. If it was to WItten, it would have been under thrown.

Re: NFL Network
Trivia question before anyone watches it. Who caught Romo's first NFL pass?
Bonus point for anyone who says that apparently he's thrown it up for grabs recklessly into double coverage and underthrown the deep ball since his first pass!!! Sorry, couldn't resist...

I haven't been up on news this week. Is there a reason to think he won't be? His Back? Or do you just mean because he has kind of sucked lately?

Re: NFL Network
As far as I know he will take his shot before the game and his back should be good to go.

Re: NFL Network
Still not sure where you are getting he has played sucky lately. Like I said earlier this week , he had a bad half vs Philly. You say he looked different vs the Giants. Maybe his arm strength is off some but he wasn't missing targets. Peyton Mannings arm strength is nothing now compared to what it was 5 yrs ago. You make the adjustments and roll. The second half vs the Eagles he missed three or 4 throws. Did you watch ROdgers and Brady Sunday. They missed open people too.

You are kidding right? Did you see some of the throws Rodgers made in that game? He dropped balls into guys that Romo couldn't have dreamed of. His TD to Int ratio is 32-3. No, Romo hasn't been good lately. Not at all. You aren't able to be objective on the topic and your refusal to admit when he plays poorly makes your opinion when you say he plays well kind of meaningless. To not admit he played poorly last week is mind boggling to me. I pointed out before how his 7 completions other than the deep ball to Dez were for an average of about 2 yards. And it's not just the lack of arm strength, it's the inaccurate throws, the wobbly balls and the contatant under thrown deep balls. A completion doesn't necessarily mean it was a good throw. Often the difference between a completion where the player is tackled immediately and a big gain is hitting a guy in stride versus just completing a pass to him. We need Romo,to play well to make the playoffs and its no coincidence that he has played poorly for over a month (other than Jacksonville) and our record hasn't been great in that time period. Let Romo, start playing better and ou are going to see Murray start running all over people again.

Re: NFL Network
The first half Rodgers missed WRs running wide open for TDs two different times but this isn't about Rodgers , Brady, MAnning because Romo isn't them and he doesn't have their teams. I have never seen someone say a guy played poorly after going 21-28 , 275 yards, 3 TDs , not to mention leading his team down for the W. You are the first. You have the whole internet to search to see if you can find someone else say he was off that game. My bĂȘt is you would be up for a long time. Many people are saying this is his best year and minus the first half vs SF- I would totally agree. I can't believe you haven't dogged him yet for not running when he had a chance yet.
He is one of 53 players. I understand he is the most important one, but with exception of Bailey there is nobody on this team that plays their position as well as he does. You can throw Murray or maybe Smith in there. I just don't understand true Cowboy fans not liking this guy

Let's hope Jameis keeps getting into trouble and he falls in our lap like Manzeil did.
