Murray is a WARRIOR Dez is a cancer

Post#1 » by ncmalko1 » Fri Dec 5, 2014 4:14 am

Im so incredibly impressed that Murray put the team on his back and refused to lose a very important game. While he's gashing the Bears Dez is blowing up cause he aint getting his. After 30+ touches setting a Cowboys record you'd think Dez would be congratulating an MVP candidate on an ALL TIME game.

Now Im sure Im going to get ripped for this but Dez is a jag off and a cancer. He just is. How long are his team mates going to put up with his weekly histrionics?

Possible it was something else? Dez was congratulating Murray after the long run at the end of the game and was blocking for him. Didn't look like he was pouting, so why then go to the sideline and be upset about not getting the ball?

Was truly an amazing game by Murray. THis guy went from a good player that was hurt a lot to a MVP thats a warrior. Im not a Cowboy fan but that was awesome.

You deserve to get ripped. Calling Dez a cancer based off sideline ranting is incredibly stupid. A cancer would be someone who divides the locker room. There's a big difference between what Dez is doing and what T.O. did. Nobody on this team questions Dez as a teammate. How is Dez yelling on the sidelines any different than what we see Tom Brady do? It's no different than what Scandrick did. It's no different than what I saw Witten do a few weeks ago. It's no different than what I see many players do on every NFL Sunday.

Dude, people are talking about this all over the country. Look at this thread. Its not some crap Im making up. THe last 3 weeks he's erupting at players and coaches on the sideline. You can act like its not an issue... but I dont think team mates take this for very long. You honestly dont think its an issue that he's cursing out coaches during wins?

I dont see these other players you've mentioned cursing out coaches during wins. Sure, players get frustrated. Its seems like Dez gets frustrated when he isnt the main man in the win.

gonna call BS on this one.
I missed the Witten rant, but I assume he was upset that no one was playing worth a $h!t
Thank God Scandrick did what he did. Someone needed to remind the defense the game wasn't over yet!
Now I don't know what Dez was being all animated about, but if it was a me, me, me moment. Then I agree with malko on this one. I think that would mean Dez was acting like a putz! But making a big stink for not getting the ball during a blowout, is way different from what Witten or Scandrick was doing.

I'm not a Dez fan by any means, but I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. It's been proven on numerous occasions that Dez is not a me player and the ultimate teammate, yet there are still doubters just waiting on him to blow up on the sidelines so they can talk sht even though they don't even know what the fk Dez is saying. Dez has earned the benefit of the doubt from me. It's sad that Cowboy fans still doubt him at this point.

I still have yet to see or hear anything to say Dez was upset because he didn't get the ball. Seems he was upset because of the comeback...everyone should have been. So until I hear otherwise I don't see a big issue with what happened

It’s understandable why Orlando Scandrick was seen furiously rallying his defense in the middle of a winning effort on Thursday night.

Trailing 35-7 at one point, Jay Cutler and the Bears rallied back to cut the deficit to 38-28 – a stat that didn’t sit well with Scandrick, not to mention several other veterans.

“We just needed to pick it up – we needed to get our head out of our butts. It was starting to get interesting and starting to get a little too close for comfort,” Scandrick said.

The message from Dez Bryant was something similar. Though he was jubilant in a crowded postgame locker room, Bryant could clearly be seen getting frustrated as the Cowboys watched their lead evaporate in the waning minutes.
Asked about his outcries, Dez interjected “Damn right” – he was aggravated.

“Stay focused, man. Keep attacking, don’t relax – we’ve got to seal this. That’s exactly what we did,” he said.

Coach Jason Garrett talks about having a passionate football team. He doesn't want players sulking on the sideline, in locker rooms or meeting rooms at Valley Ranch. During games, he'll accept yelling and screaming from his players because, well, Garrett saw it for years when he was a backup quarterback with the Dallas Cowboys. Thursday night, the TV images showed wide receiver Dez Bryant yelling and screaming on the sideline after a field goal. Cornerback Orlando Scandrick ran off the field, yanked off his helmet, yelled and screamed after the defense gave up a touchdown. We have also seen tight end Jason Witten and running back DeMarco Murray go off on the sideline as well. The Cowboys view these outbursts as constructive because the players are not disrespecting anyone. If you watch the 31 other teams, you will see players yell and scream as well. Tom Brady does it in New England, Philip Rivers yells at times in San Diego. If it's positive, regardless of how it looks, then don't worry about it. Garrett wants passion and he's getting it from a team on the path to a playoff berth.

Yes, PDay cursing out your coach during a big win is productive. Yawn.

Schmoopy and RomotoDez I appreciate the fact that you guys can be objective and not base every single post from a homeristic perspective. Thats how sports talk supposed to be.

Dude, the entire NFL community is talking about Dez. Go to profootballtalk and see a 1000 other people agreeing with me, Schmoop and Jarntt. But you've changed from an excellent poster to King of the Dipshizzes. Earl, looks up to you and you think that makes your weak posts valid. Go back to the old Pday. Me, Cmonromo and Tist miss the old you.
