what is up with the Lions & their fetish for stomping on players? Do they get bonuses for this or something (is Buddy Ryan behind the curtain?)

Tough defense and the best WR in the game. Not going to be easy, but if we play like we have recently we should win.

Jarntt, I know you're trying to be level headed but you have every right to be confident. Dallas will SMASH Detroit.

Agree. No easy wins going forward. Unless Carolina/Arizona somehow upset Seattle and we get by GB.

If we play well and don't turn the ball over, the Cowboys should :guitar: win comfortably.

Detroit DL can give Dallas all they can handle and then some. On offense Johnson will toast Carr anytime they are set against each other.

This is far from a guaranteed win regardless of how perfect Dallas plays.

And our OL will give Detroit all they can handle. I'm not worried about Detroit at all.

Should be worried. Their defense is better than Washington's and Philly's and they both had great defensive games against us.

I'm telling you this is no walk in the park win.

No it's not. They stop the run. They run those jet screens to TAte. Not to mention Megatron.

I don't expect us to be able to stop their passing game. The key will be our ability to run the ball and Romo. If we become one dimensional on Offense I suspect their DL will dominate us like the second half of the Giants game in 2007 and we will be in trouble. If we can run the ball I expect us to win. I think we may need to run outside a little more than usual. I hope the coaches took note of Dunbar's run this week even though it was called back. I don't want him taking a lot of touches from Murray of course, but with a handful of plays he can be a game changer for us. We have heard all year about our OL, now it is time for them to prove what they can do to everyone. This is one of the matchups I wanted as I see us being a better team than Det, AZ and Car. If we can pressure Stafford he will likely make mistakes.

Very interested to see what happens with Suh. If he ends up being suspended that would be huge. I'm guessing he doesn't get suspended because you can't prove intent even though we all know that he knew exactly what he was doing with the second step

I cant stand Rodgers or the Pack, so when Suh did it I kind of laughed inside - although it was bad. I dont think he gets suspended though. I dont know how much of the game you got to see, but Lacy ran fairly well especially early - but he did a lot on his own. He also took some huge shots. Stafford was pretty bad I thought. He missed WRs all day. He did hit his hand on a helmet late. He threw it OK after that though.

With his history and the way he lifted his right leg ensuring all his weight was on his left foot tells me it was intentional. Had he at least turned his head to check afterwards maybe I'd give him benefit of the doubt. There is no way he didn't realize he was stepping on something that wasn't grass. Most of us would look to see what we had stepped on unless we already knew.

I won't be shock either way on a suspension. The league will edge to not suspend with this next game being the playoffs.

Ha just watched the Suh thing again- I would actually be surprised if he isnt suspended after watching it. I didnt think he would be, but watching him step the second time and put all his weight down on that foot it was clearly intentional.

It is blowing my mind listening to these analysts talk about the hit on Bell last night. Nelson made the tackle. He hit him low, so what. I like Bell, but I see nothing dirty about that at all

That's o.k., lol. I'll let you guys stress and worry about Detroit. I have no worries at all regarding Detroit, with or without Suh.

Got to figure it will be a short appeal no way Roger lets him get away with playing in a playoff game waiting on an appeal after pulling that **** AGAIN.

What might he do to Tony if he thinks he can gain an edge?
