Just waiting for him to fail

Post#1 » by Romotodez » Sun Jan 4, 2015 5:57 pm

I love how all or most of the pregame analysts the past two days have said Romo is under the most pressure of any of these Qbs. Maybe he has brought that on himself.

Why wouldn't thy say that? He absolutely has brought it on himself and guess what,if he doesn't win the game it's going to get a lot worse coming off a 12 win season. But, the other side of the coin is that a good playoff will offset a lot of the criticism. It's in his own hands now and all we can do is sit back, watch and celebrate (hopefully)

I mean, out of this group, it's probably true. Now don't get me wrong, some of these guys definitely want him to fail. With that said, I can't say that there's more pressure on Stafford or Lil' Red, whom each shouldn't be too far behind our regular season Jedi in terms of post season futility.

I like Romo. I really do. It's time for him to answer yet another call this season.

I just see it different I guess. To me since Thanksgiving every game has been like this with exception of Washington.

Trust me RomotoDez, I want Tony to light everyone's bunghole on fire on his way to a Lombardi. It would serve football fans, especially some Cowboys fans, right. With that said, he's got to actually do it, or he's the 5th best QB in Cowboys history.

I think you can make a case for this list being Staubach, Aikman, Meredith, White, Romo. A Super Bowl goes a long way.

In all due respect, I never saw Dandy Don but when you hold all the records its kind of hard to put you at 5 regardless of rings. Manning has records and 1 ring and is considered by many the best ever. Romo shattered the yardage record in 37 less games than Aiknan. That should put a red flag up that romo never really played with that kind of talent regardless of the era. When Aikman wasRomos age I think he retired I could be wrong. Romo may throw 5 picks today , but I will take him everyday

I'm posting to try to change the luck. Romo so far is earning those comments.

HaHa and maybe it worked. Tipped pass turns into his best throw so far.

In all seriousness if he is going to play like this against pressure we are going to be in trouble. If you can't show you can beat the blitz they are going to do it all day.

One day you will learn he is the best **** player we have. He can't play OL, Db, Qb at the same time

How about throw the ball out of the back of the end zone and not cost us 3 points. How many times have you heard me say this? He just doesn't learn.

Still think the same? I've said this a million **** times. Throw the **** ball out of the back of the **** end zone or throw it to the LOS when you are outside the **** pocket. I just don't understand...

Romo isn't just a starting quarterback in the NFL. He's the starting quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys. There's additional hype that goes with that, much of which is brought upon by the fan base and Jerry Jones.

Yep wouldn't it have been a bitch if he decided to throw that last one out of the back of the end zone

Romo will never be #1 over legendary Staubach.
