Really!....The Entertainment remains priceless.
LOL....they killed off the one's they wanted gone from the cowboy board and now they get Arlington Cowboy's red hot opinions on all things football. Only logical the few regs. from the Dallas board would migrate to the general board. Watch the field day others think their having with AC. AC don't care, it just feeds his agenda for more shock value.
must say....It worked out well for the Cowboy haters. Sports talk is lacking greatly and the allegiance's, agendas remain in force to stomp on all things Dallas. Go get um Arlington Cowboy...lol

Re: Hoopla General Board
Many times I've used the term Poster Child Fan.
Shark for all his good intent is a poster child redskin fan.
Big Daddy Torr looks the poster child cowboy fan to me. Face Palm
least we have Texas Heat defending the flag. Lucky that Dallas is his second favorite pro team.
lots of proud Dallas fans now, luckily it's now allowed by the masses

JCTOO..."I was one of those doubters ... still am. I'm glad they've made it as far as they have, never expected it and yes, took a beating on the Dallas boards for voicing that opine (Cowboy fans can be really bad, even to their own). "
Funny thing about those Fan Nation folks. They all see things as it relates to their opinions on how everything is and was.
Eat their own the man says.....Way To Funny

Re: Hoopla General Board
and yes, the texas heater helps JCToo out and justifies all that went on in July/August:
" starting with training camp not many thought the defense would even be serviceable. Lee was long gone, Demarcus Lawrence got hurt, Claiborne was still out there (BUST), Melton hadn't played in a year and McClain was coming off the couch. The rest of the defense looked like a copy of the historically bad one from last season. But a good running game and sticking with it can cure a lot of ills"
there were a few that thought this defense would be serviceable. PDay just objected to no player was worth rating and the defense was certain bad for the reasons he still states today. Boy still hasn't a clue but loves putting labels on teams and players based on the local media opinions.
the Dallas board remains a joke...and with a 13-4 season in progress no less.

Re: Hoopla General Board
and JCToo returns serve heaters way:
"absolutely ... how could we expect a "pass happy" team to change it's way ... and all those defensive "improvements" getting injured ...again, I'm happy they've made it this far ... but I still think the koolaid was with aspartame "
how could we expect? LOL
those fan nation folks remain tight...no matter the consequences

Re: Hoopla General Board
It basically seems like a board where everyone trolls each other at this point, most of which seems to come from Seattle fans spewing HSOs like they're going out of style.

Re: Hoopla General Board
They completely ruined the cowboys board. Game conversations are 100% non-existent. The rangers board has more posts about the cowboys during the game than the cowboys board has in 3-4 weeks COMBINED.
And they think those of us they banned were the ones ruining that board hahaha

Re: Hoopla General Board
They apparently tend to think that a good football forum is supposed to be like a suit - all pristine, no wrinkles, and left in the closet only to be used on special occasions.
We tend to think of a good football forum more like a good set of overalls - it's value is in its use, even though to use it means that it will get somewhat dirty.

Re: Hoopla General Board
"Coming from Fannation, where you had no access to talk to the mods, who would delete anything that was reported, and certain people were perma banned on site with no explanation, and new users were just deleted before they had a chance to join in. For the last year+ of Fannation's existence, activity was limited to private groups"
explains a little.....just not sure how they got the Mod's support so fast.
either way....do as I say and not as I do boards won't work for an opinionated football fan.
