Before the game, it was said that if Brady wins he will likely be discussed as top 5 qb of all time. My point was why would it matter if he won or lost. Obviously it is a ring thing. I still stick to my guns and say Rings are overrated when discussing best Qb of all time. Today he has now been vaulted to no lower than 2 and by many number 1 of all time. My question was what if he throws for 300 4 TDs and loses or what of he throws for 160 and 2 INTs and wins. Well neither of those scenarios happened. So today people are talking about his fourth quarter which was outstanding. What happens though if Seattle does score at the end? Does that awesome 4 rth quarter get wiped away? Do the anti Brady fans say well if he doesn't throw those two terrible picks they win?

If Lynch runs the ball in- does Wilson all of sudden get put in Hall because he has 2 Superbowls.

IMO, it's personal preference

It's not personal preference. You play this game to win rings above all else. Brady has done it as well as anyone ever has. Few things are more valuable to an NFL team than a clutch QB and love him or hate him, he has proven to get the job done when the lights are brightest.

I know he had two picks and the first one was HORRIBLE, but: 74% completions; completion record; 328 yards passing; 4 TDs and a game winning TD pass with 2:00 left in the game during which he was 8-8. If we are questioning how a guy played with those numbers doesn't it say something about how good the guy must be?

Oh I think it's fair to consider him in the top 5, but nothing he did yesterday was gonna change my opinion of him.

he threw like 32 passes that traveled 5 yards. Best thing was falling down 10 where he had to throw the football more down the field.

Brady was special in the 4th QTR...can't see anyone deny that

I thought he had a pretty good game. He dinked and dunked a lot but that's what Seattle gave him and he was patient. That's why I said before the game that I thought he would throw it 50 times. They have used that same game plan before . I remember them doing it to the Steelers one time. They also did it the second half vs Ravens. I thought Edelman was outstanding.

Brady has been the best QB since the 20 century came to an end IMO. Frankly I believe he saved Bellichek's ass and career. But best of all time, that's a off season discussion up for debate. Brady is definitely in the discussion but with different era's and rules, etc., not sure if I put him top 5. Pretty close though.
