Outside of Beasley we don't have much for WR's. Witten is really looking like a slow mud turtle so far this year. We need to replace Witten real soon. SOME SHOW DOUG FREE THE DOOR, PLEASE. Romo's contract is preventing us from moving forward and adding depth.

Especially if all we can do on offense is score field goals.

Romo's contract is not the reason for the lack of depth. Their (Jerry's) willingness to throw away picks (especially 2nd round picks) is the main cause for the lack of depth.

As for Beasley, I'm really starting to think what is so great about him? He drops a lot of passes. Can he run good routes? Sure, but what good is that when he drops about as many oases as he catches.

Nevertheless, I hope I'm wrong, but I really think we are in for a very long, hurtful and frustrating year, especially if Romo goes down.
