Cowboys VS. Packers !!

With all the injuries to GB's O-line, banged up defense and secondary, major issues with lacy an running game, WR's not getting seperation and dropping pass, Rodger's having a bad shoulder and being off the past few weeks, well, I don't know about you guys, but if our defense shows up, I SMELL AN UPSET.

However, our stud WR can't catch the f.....ing ball. And as usual, as I have been sceaming about for 4 years now, our D-line SUCKS.

It would be really easy to say Romo would have made a difference in this game. But that just ignores the facts. It would be easy to say the defense being out there almost 40 minutes cost us. But that just ignores the facts. It would be easy to say we miss our weapons. That just ignores the facts.

The fact is that this is not a good football team. There is a dearth of locker room leadership, a lack of leadership at the top, and way too many holes in overall talent. We lost our identity from last year, the offensive line has underachieved all season, and the defense is still sorely lacking at the key positions (DT, NLB, S) that are required to succeed in the Tampa 2.

And - every Cowboys fan with any level of football savvy knows where the problem begins. We also know that as long as that individual refuses to budge from the thinking he currently maintains, nothing will change. Nothing.

Has the thought of us never going back to the Super Bowl as long as Jerry owns the team ever enter your mind? Hate to admit it, but I'm seriously beginning to feel that way. Your comment earlier was spot on. JERRY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHOLE TOTAL PRODUCT ON THE FIELD THIS YEAR.

Jerry will die trying to prove he can win a Super Bowl without Jimmy. So will I.

The other night, about 3 hours after I read your post, something hit me. What if, I'm just saying, WHAT IF. Jerry miraculously caves in and bring Jimmy back will full power of football operations. Can you imagine the ratings, $$$$,. etc. loves to make money. And doing something this crazy would make this a full offseason media frenzy till next season starts. Instead of Brady, Goodell and deflate-gate that we had all last offseason, well I'll let you all fill in the blanks.

Return to Dallas Cowboys
