There is some concern about Kenyon Green’s knee. He’s a dominant player but has a torn meniscus. They were talking about him on the radio yesterday and were saying this is something that could shorten his career. Instead of a 10-12 year career it could only be 8. Outside of that he’s really the perfect OL for the Cowboys.

I think that’s why a lot of the attention switched from Green to Zion Johnson. Johnson doesn’t have those flags.

Now that today is the day. We are here. Now tell me what you really think. Number one, who do you think is the best player in the draft. Number 2, who do you think is the best player for the Cowboys in this draft? And number 3, if we stay at 24 like you want us to do, who are your top two choices when its our time to pick?

Jacksonville might surprise with #1 pick Ekwonu.

I would not want the #1 overall in this thing. Travon Walker is a physical specimen but over 3 years in college football he only has 9 sacks. Everyone saying it is because of the defensive scheme and maybe that is true but you would still be drafting an unproven talent with him.

Jaguars can't go wrong with either one with all their needs. If I was them (and I said this once before) I'm protecting and helping my big prize, Trevor Lawrence.

I'm hearing a lot of talk this afternoon about many teams wanting to trade down. There will be opportunities for my Cowboys and Chiefs !! With all the draft capital the chief's have (a total of 12 picks) Some have said they could move up twice in the first round or once in the first round and then again in round 2.

What you said the other day is starting to make some sense to me in this situation. Take Zion Johnson if he is there when its our turn and then move up in round two and take Linderbaum. That would completely take care of the O-line situation.

I would still rather move up for one of the Studs in the top ten and use some of our 5th round draft choices to move up in rounds two and three. But I think I could live with your dream scenario.

Very solid pick. Local kid that should allow them to move on from Tyron next year. Now I want to see them trade up in to the 1st and draft Devin Lloyd or Jermaine Johnson.

There both gone. I wouldn't mind another O-lineman though. But Mafe is still there. We could you an edge rusher.

I don't know anything about Tyler. This is what I was saying earlier about how difficult it is for fans at home to scout linemen, and you just have to trust that the real scouts did their homework.

His highlights look good but so does every player's highlights.

Sucks that Zion and Green were off the board but I'm glad we took a lineman at least and didn't make a weird "huh?" type pick.

He's a penalty machine. He should fit right in with the Cowboys. Cowboys are in for a very long year on offense. They may not even win the NFC least next season. Good thing I don't watch ESPN. Steven A. Smith will be     :rofl2: :rofl2:

So disappointed with this pick now that I have slept on it. We could have made the defense even better with Lloyd or Johnson instead. Its not like DE and Lb were not also needs for our team. We could have taken a chance in the later rounds with OL and impacted the defense even more with an impact stud defensive player to go along with Parsons. For the 8th year in a row I can never figure out Jerry when it comes to the draft. He is a piss poor owner when it comes to scouting, drafting and contracts. Looks like another 26 years of rebuilding. some of us most likely won't be around the next time we go to a Super Bowl.

He does have some technique issues he needs to clean up. When all is said and done though Cowboys fans will look at this pick like the Travis Fredrick pick. No one wanted Fredrick at the time and everyone felt he drafted at least a round too early.
