DMN reports that Ellis took part in individual drills, worked with the scout team and did some pass rush work Wednesday. Coach Wade Phillips is hopeful Ellis might be able to make his 2007 debut Sunday against St. Louis.

Keith Davis is questionable for the game because of a partially torn right pectoral muscle.
