Post#1 » by jwa1107 » Thu Sep 27, 2007 2:21 pm

STL wide receiver Isaac Bruce, on his weekly radio show in St. Louis, airing on 590-AM KFNS, told show co-host Bob Fescoe that he guaranteed victory over the Dallas Cowboys.

Now we are talking, I love that comment why? Because we need that to keep us focus and determine (not that we are not), but I was a little worried about guys thinking they can turn it up anytime with their 3 wins. With Bruce comments, Wade Phillips should be playing it over and over and over and over on the PA system during practice. This will get Newman and Henry focus on covering Bruce and Holt.

Also it gives TO extra motivation to show him up on the offensive side. No letdown this week, keep those guys winless.

BRING IT ON RAMS.

TO just moves chains. But you know his TD will catch up soon. He's going to start breaking away soon.

Plus, love the comments from Bruce. We do need to stay on our edge.

speaking of guarantees, it appears the big mouth Joey Porter has once again run his mouth. This time he is guaranteeing a win vs the Raiders this week. He got showed up by Marion Barber (no surprise), but if the raiders shows him up this Sunday, the Dolphins really need to ban this guy from his trash talking. He isn't in Pittsburgh anymore and dosen't that talent backup.

The trash talkers that consistently backup their mouth are TO, Steve Smith and Chad Johnson.

thank you once again for your comments Bruce.

Not really. Last year he led the league in TD receptions despite ligament damage in his hand (which was the reason he led the NFL in drops).

^ No doubt, he scores, I meant this year so far of course. Right now he's just moving the chains, all but two catches I think resulting in 1st downs or TDs. I have no worries, his TDs will catch up. But right now, he's moving the chains and Barber is cashing in.
