He will be missed more than any of us think. He is the reason for the good run of recent drafts. Carpenter was a Parcells goof. Spears was Ireland's flub. Hatcher, Ratliff, Barber, and many others down the draft board are from Ireland.

Jerry thinks he can do "Socks to Jocks", which no one can. Jerry is building a stadium, running a TV Network, handling the business affairs of a team, on the competition committee, and running a massive real estate organzation. He doesw not have time to review college tapes and go to practices to scout players. You need a level head in scouting and in the draft room.
