Since nobody made a game thread I am making a thread to get everybodys thoughs on today's game.

Very impressive victory and our offense looked impressive with the exception of that INT and a couple 3 and outs.

- Romo looked poise as always
-Barber was his usual self...hope his injury won't keep him out (more on that later)
- Felix Jones looks like the real deal...he is already making us forget Julius.
- Tayshard Choice looks to be a capable 3rd back.
- TO was TO....
- Witten was great with thsoe catches
- Patrick Crayton actually looked like a legit 2nd receiver or was that the Browns defense?
- Pacman Jones wasn't great but otherwise wasn't horrible either. Not much of an impact however.
- We definitely need Newman to stay healthy.
- Most Importantly, we are still not a discipline team as evident by the barrage of penalities called against us.

The main concern out of today's game was Marion barber's rib injuries. How did he even hurt it? Xrays are negative but we need this guy healthy the rest of the season. If anyone can find more info please post.

Oh and how come nobody ever post on this forum? Is there a good Cowboys/NFL site/forum that you guys visit instead?

Aside from the penalties, everything looked good for a first game. I thought the defense was a bit too lax in their coverage, but they can work that out plus Pacman looked a bit rusty out there.

On the offensive side everything seemed to be working as it should. The line was giving Romo all day to pass and hopefully they can keep that up down the road.

I was expecting Cleveland to put up a better fight. I guess I gave the Cleveland D too much credit, but It was good to see the boys win, and the entire team looked sharp. It's always nice to see the backup running backs get some carries....that's when you know it's been a good day.
