Cowboys: Interested' In Ray Lewis?

Word around the NFL is that the Cowboys are 'very interested' in linebacker Ray Lewis, should he become a free agent this offseason.

The Cowboys are reportedly willing to give Lewis a three-year deal worth between $27 and $30 million, with $25 million guaranteed.

Lewis is entering the final year of his contract, and Balitmore is expected to begin negotiations once the season is over.

love him as a player....but there is still that issue....

he will be able to get most money from balt. He is not a 3/4 middle backer. You need to keep guards off of him, and in a 3/4 he is wide open for hits by guards.

I'm reading that it's just the Jets interested and that the Ravens won't be able to pay him the amount the Jets are willing to offer. I expected Jerry Jones to get involved.

stats and age. not worried. everyone sayin hes 2 old get the hell out of here. the guy had 117 tackles last year. he bring something the cowboys hadnt had since ken norton jr days .leadership, toughness, locker room presents. just a overall good guy. he do a lot better than what we had this past season. Zach were he wuz Thomas. LOL jerry jones 3yr 30 million 25 up front iz not 2 bad 4 guy would completely in mind change dallas cowboy football.

Looks like he's staying, but IDK if someone who allegedly killed someone is a good guy, then again it looks like you're a Kobe fan...
