We'll just have to wait for that McNabb injury, I guess.

I sort of feel the same way. It does feel good to see them beat teams like the Saints & Cards at home but ultimately, this team will be judged by what they do against the NFC East.

I'm thrilled Campbell has looked alot better. I'm also optimistic about Zorn, and I think he'll continue to improve. I'm just not sure whether anything better than 8-8 is realistic this year considering our division.

Dallas' defense looked vicious last night (at least while I was watching).
Help us, Obi-wan Leonsis. You're our only hope.

So you don't think Campbell is a country bumpkin thats too stupid to run an NFL calibre offense anymore?

You love to put **** in my mouth which I didn't say. I never said Campbell was too stupid to run an NFL caliber offense. I did have questions however about whether he was a good fit for the West Coast offense. I still do to some extent, but its promising to see that both Zorn & Campbell have made some adjustments and Campbell is getting the ball out quicker.

well looking at the upcoming schedule, our non conference is as cupcake as it comes. we've got st. louis, cleveland at home, detroit on the road, pittsburgh at home, seattle, baltimore, cincy, and SF on the road. Pittsburgh is the only really tough team out of those. So if we can take those 7 "supposed to win" games, we're sitting at 9-7 after losing out of Pittsburgh, Giants, Cowboys twice, and Philly twice. A 10-6 season and the playoffs are within reason and an 11 win season isn't out of the question especially if Philly clinches before we play them in week 16. the ultimate judgement of what we do against the NFC east that Dat alluded to may very well be in a wild card game.

the popularity of this thread and the politics thread proves that September is the deadest basketball month of the year.

It would be impossible to make the playoffs if we lose both games to philly, NY, and dallas. 4 teams from the east can't go. We have to win a few of these divison games and if we keep playing well this is shaping up to be a wild season.

However, he just doesn't read & react quick enough to be effective. Jason is just an ol' country boy. A heckuva nice guy and a hard worker, but he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. He processes things too slowly. He was okay to decent in Gibbs system, but he's going to be overmatched in the WCO, because the system requires the QB to think quick on his feet.

Sounds like you're calling him stupid to me.

it's a long shot, but if we're an 11-win team, and the g-men lose 6 games... we're in.

Millen fired from lions... it's about damn time.

Woo Springs manhandling TO

Good field position now, hope we can capitalize on it now.

Edit: WOW How bad it hurts to have 2 very nice TDs called back on the same set of downs :/

GREAT **** GAME.

The secondary was AWESOME. Completely took Barber out of the game.

Horton gives a who is a F8cking good draft. Soo many picks, This dude is practically starting. I was also so pissed at casey rabachs penalties. we should have been out of reach by the the four minute mark. I love Zorn and have been watching him since his signing and thought this is a good coach, no matter what the W-L record becomes. The we lost the first game and I thought man it is the first year we need time to learn this offense. But look at Zorn and the team bouncing back to be 3-1 ont the toughest stretch of the season. Look forward to more hardcore Zornology and me so Zorny signs.
Campbell is stepping up and hes showing he can get the job done. I'm excited about this win. Duck fallas. talking so much Ish last year and wanting to bet any single person they could cause they thought theyd win. Ha! beat you guys this year! Now we can even lose the rest of the games for the season. we did our job here.

Is this team for real??? Are we just getting lucky? I saw most of the game, and I couldnt believe how efficiently we were moving the ball. Just glad to beat Dallas. I've hated Dallas since we lost 35-34 in 1979. Yeah, my hate goes that far back. Go skins!
