Gano has a huge leg, but was just so inconsistent. Considering that this team might have to win a lot of close/ugly games with a rookie QB, I think they had to look for a more reliable kicker. And Cundiff is pretty reliable (unless it's a conference champtionship game, which likely won't be a problem for us this year so I'm cool with it).
