Week 6: Washington at Dallas (Sun @ 8:30 pm)

Post#1 » by LyricalRico » Tue Oct 8, 2013 4:19 pm

Image Image

WHO: Skins at Cowgirls
WHEN: October 13th, 8:30 pm
WHERE: Jerry World

Big Questions:

How will RGIII look after two weeks of rest?
If Dallas put up 48 on Denver, how many points will they score against the Washington defense?
At what point does Tony Romo throw an interception to give the game away?

Discuss!

I'm just not getting the lack of no huddle offense at key times--they ran it early so it exists but they didn't run it late when they needed to-what gives? Special teams are atrocious, the O-line is average at best & RG3 made some curious decisions & throws.

On the plus side RG3 looks healthier & Jordan Reed seems to be a keeper.

Agree, Griffin looks much closer athletically to what he was last year. And Reed confirms their decision to not pay Fred Davis (and proves me totally wrong for criticizing the pick at the time). Other than that, not much to like about last night. It's pretty clear now (to me at least) that the "lightning-in-a-bottle" they caught last year with Griffin and the read-option masked a lot of deficiencies across the board.

Agreed, the cap situation hasn't helped much either--thanks a lot Giants owner.
