Rams fan here, just letting I work out at the same Gym as Michael Westbrook, your guys ex WR. He is now a pro cage fighter. His Jiu Jitsu is tight, I havent had a chance to roll with him yet, but am looking forward to it. Just thought you guys might be interested on a ex-Skin.

I've got nothing against Westbrook and I hope he does well in his new career. The guy had issues when he was here but the scouting department should have known that going in.

I liked Westbrook, but at number 5 he was a horrible pick.

Nah, I've heard nice things about it though. What do you train in?

Westbrook destroyed a dude in MMA a few years ago but I haven't heard from him since. Is he still doing MMA or is he in another circut?

He's still training, as a matter of fact he was rolling BJJ today. I got to say ACS is very good I've trained at several other places and acs has clearly raised my game. At the present time I am doing BJJ and Muy Thai, the Muy Thai is O.K. but the BJJ is tight. Plus the compo there is good, everyone there with atleast a month can roll.

 Especially when we could have picked Galloway, Sapp or even Ty Law.
