So the front line rotation is a 3rd string PF and 2 combo forwards (Gabriel/Vando/Rui).
Even against a horrible team like Houston, this is going to be painful. Why didn't we sign another big body as soon as Bamba went down? Even if it will only win us one game, it could be the difference between a 9th spot (25% chance of making playoffs) and the 8th spot (75% of making playoffs).

AD played 33 minutes yesterday... He needs to play...

What a joke...

If we lose this because of a stupid move to hold out AD.. I'll be really, really annoyed.

The fact we didn't sign a C a week ago knowing AD would miss this game is asset mismanagement.

Horrible feeling about this game.

If the Lakers can’t beat the sorry ass Rockets without AD they deserve to only be play-in team. Houston doesn’t even have really great size to exploit AD being out anyway.

If the lakers lose this one, it’s an epic failure. Saving AD could have played reduced minutes instead of sitting out. It’s do or die every game.

I mean, this is what this team is. Things got a little better, and yeah, we can all wish we had this squad from the get-go. But tonight we played a team tanking. A team With NOTHING. And here we're 'fighting for our lives'....and this is what we got.

I really hope our FO thinks long and hard about bringing anyone back. Can we get anything for Lebron? Can we get anything for AD?
Can we figure out a S&T with DLo? ANYTHING? I hope keeping this team together is the very, very last option going into the offseason. Cause this team just isn't close. It's just miles from a championship

If DLo really is the Point guard of the future, you'd expect him to at least be able to carry us past the freaking Rockets... They've won like 17 games this season... Fools gold. But maybe the best available talent?

Hmm Pelinka knew they’re down to one Center when Bamba got injured last week and probably is aware AD will not play back to back.
No James and no AD, can they really rely on D’Lo?
Does Ham have enough wisdom to draw strategies to lead this team to win even when his 2 best players are not playing or he is extremely reliant on his players to step up and make things happen?

Ridiculous this team couldn’t sign a 10-day big.

Not surprised. They wont win any games with THAT lineup. Without AD this teams stands no chance. Even if he doesn't play well he opens up the court for everybody else because the defense has to focus on him.

I was thinking if they can just limit AD’s minutes then play him for 22 minutes starting at the 2nd half but they probably thought they could replicate their game plan when they beat OKC without him a couple of weeks ago.
