I think LBJ should accept whomever we chose. To let him select a coach would be a mistake. He should approve our choice of course, but he’s not the GM.

I welcome string personalities as long as they’re not negative. LeBron needs coaching, too.

He’ll listen to Becky Hammon, Budenholzer, Stackhouse, Howard.

At this point I'd like Becky Hammon, Bud obviously has a great resumé, but if we are going to be a circus might as well do something to move the gender equality convo forward for my own entertainment. I think she'd do great.

To be honest the way Prince has played and with Kobes injury/age/mileage Im not sure I would do that deal either. Still Prince is more important and he wins the head to head battles with Kobe.

If a big name I prefer Phil Jackson. Can he not travel and just coach using zoom or teams?

If a fired/to be fired head coach I prefer Vogel back. He's gotta bring an offensive X and O guy with him though.

If a first timer I prefer Rondo. Let jj redick stay in his lane and keep doing his podcast w lebron. Not going to turn out well. Rondo is cerebral enough and will command the respect as he already proven in actual battle on the floor w ad and lebron.

So Vogel got fired. Only after 1 year of his 5 year contract, they fired him. Amazing.

Vogel was good enough a defensive coach to win us a ring. We had KCP, Rondo, Howard, Ariza at the time. I don’t think we’d win any more rings with Vogel. As a defensive assistant coach, yes! But not ans head coach. His offense lacks imagination and totally sucks ass.

Bud? I don’t want to see drop coverage ever again, either.

Why I keep bringing up Becky Hammon is because of the same points DD made; Jeannie will get behind it, it would be a historical move, she would put LBJ and the rest of them in line simply by not being a man.

Why I really want her though, is because of her brilliant basketball mind, and also her no nonsense talk. She thinks basketball on a savant level, is a total badass who speaks her truth unapologetically, is tough. How else could she beat out a bunch of men for her jobs when there’s still so many biased bigoted owners out there?

She would out coach Vogel, Ham, Bud if given a chance; I’m sure of it.
