It seems our team is good at taking and applying varying strategic direction from game to game.

That, in combination with our ridiculously experienced coaching staff (minus JJ) having done a good job scouting opponents so far, makes me believe tonight is a win.

Our young guys need to bring their A game on the road, too, though, or this is a loss. I expect a monster game from both LBJ and AD because of it.

They actually sold some people on it being Ham. Hired an unproven ESPN personality and made no changes to the core and people expected a turnaround. This is gonna be a long run of incompetence with Jeannie around.

First half looked good. Second half, wtf?!?! Who popped the balloon? What the f was said in half time? Looked like a completely different team compared to the first half. Gotta lead for 48 minutes, JJ.

Losing due to lack of effort sucks.

Tyus Jones and Royce O’Neal are two players I wanted to trade for before they got traded there from DC.

Won't be a full rebuild because of AD more like reload, I don't think Lakers will trade AD and will keep him until the end and as long as Lakers have Bron A real build won't happen, let's just hope this Is the last year, maybe he considers retirement Or very least some star decides they want to come to Lakers

Your prob right that thats what will happen. Doesn't mean it's not a mistake. Shoulda started the rebuild 2 years ago. We're just wasting our time. And unless they can actually get something incredible with those picks.....any used just means more long years of rebuilding.

No offense to anyone...but even if I were to concede that AD was indeed "Elite".....it still doesnt change the fact that we're the Detroit Lions with Barry Sanders. Yes....some nice plays, but ultimately each season was a doomed failure. Atlanta Hawks with Wilkins. And so on.

I'm not into that. Cool if you are. I wanna watch dynasties....or at least the next successful generation....either being built, or dominating. I'm not much for watching the studs hanging out in pasture till the end. Fine.....you get your 2-year "victory lap" at the end, where we pay homage to what you accomplished, and even though we all secretly know it's over...we still hold that little hope that you can catch a break, and maybe something crazy can happen (and your making 40-50mil per, to boot) but then THAT'S IT! Time to go, and time to start the next one.

If AD were 3-4 years younger, I'd say keep him.....but he's gonna be in his mid-30's by the time this new team is ready to make some noise....that's assuming we signed a great player right after Lebron left. It's too late then. It's just the unfortunate math there.....ya gotta face it.

Go get a 3rd star NOW....and compete....or else enough with the trotting out the old-guard. ONE title.....and it was like 5 years ago. Ancient history. It's been alot of .500 ball since. Scrap it.....get what you can for AD, and move the F on!

We do need a third star.

LBJ plays matador defense and turns the ball over a lot. I get it. He’s old. But then adjust the game plan. Shorten his minutes until later in the year when he can maybe rev it up the his old par. On both ends.

No need to fire Rob. Fire Kurt, Linda and Jeannie instead.
