OK, nothing we haven't heard or expected since Bynum went down. Top 5 when it's all said and done seems realistic.

I agree, I hope that we can stay in the 4-5 range over the next 2 months and maybe make a push at the end of the season. Its going to be tough to stay in the 4-5 range considering how close the west is right now.

We just need to hope that the Lakers start playing better and other teams out west lose!!!

wed be extremely lucky if we stayed around 4-5th. Without Bynum for 2 months, were just gonna go on a downfall especially with the monster road trip coming up. I see us fighting for the 8th and final spot by the time Bynum comes back.

no disrespect, but have you seen the schedule for teams like the hornets/portland....i don't see either team letting up.

the nuggets are the nuggets, utah and houston - one of them will make a push and the warriors already have 25 wins.

who expects the spurs to not turn it around? and then you have the suns and mavs.

all those teams have more than 1 star player to boot - yes even portland! while the laker have just one. the west is much better this year and no team should consider themselves safe. each day, another team is leading their division.

as a hornet fan, i don't feel all that confident, and the hornets are 27-12! damn the pistons and celtics. they can lose to the freakin knicks and not worry about it!

I hope we'll keep winning at least above .500. That's what I want the most during these 2 months, keeping the positive record in the games without Bynum.

no disrespect, but I believe no one said we were safe... we just feel that the Lakers can maintain 4-5 spot.

how do you figure that? you moved from 1st to 5th in a matter of a game or two.

is guess you are a positive person, but with so many teams at or around 25 wins, and both houston and utah looking better....

a 7th or 8th isn't out of question.

both the sonic game and the suns game means someone is going to have to step up besides kobe in scoring to get the 4 or 5th spot.
