Would you do this If you were the Lakers ?

Post#1 » by lakeshow248 » Fri Feb 1, 2008 5:40 am

I just think a poll of this trade should go up because I think NJ would do it in a heartbeat and I think it would improve the Lakers' to the top team in NBA....

Kidd, Maglorie for Farmar, Odom and Kwame and 1st rd pick.

Basiclly you get Kidd, Maglorie and Ronnie for Odom, Kwame and Farmar....because Ronnie would take place of Lamar....he has avg 11.1 ppg, 4.5 reb, 2.5 blks, 52.1 fg%, 67.5 ft % over last 8 with out Bynum. His jumper is better, finish at the hoop and Defence is better at the 4.....

You get Kidd who is awesome passer, more alley oops , fast break points and more importantly a guy who can run offence when Kobe goes to sit for a bit. You get Maglorie, better hands and D than Kwame and a 4 mill right off nxt season. So it's play the game who would you want, Kidd vs farmar, kwame vs maglorie, Ronnie vs. Odom the 1st rd pick is to sweeten the pot. From what I've heard it's the best offer they have for him. It would send Lakers over the top....and you have Critt as ace in the hole for future, as I know everybody worries about Farmar and his age compared to Kidd, Its now for this team Kobe is 29 and kidd 34 worst case scenario Kidd and kobe go off cap in two yrs and lakers stuck w/ Bynum and J critt I like that option either way. But this lineup could win it all.....

Kidd, Fish, Critt
Kobe, Sasha
Bynum, Mihm, DJ
Turiaf, Maglorie
Ariza, Walton, Vlad amazing lineup.....W/ a great PF under our noses......

Please don't lock I want to see poll results........Lamar struggles hurting team big time--can you imagine the results w/ a team of Kidd, Kobe, Maglorie, Turiaf and Vlad or Luke w/ BYnum out--Much better I think....They would win Det game

Any body if they know how to work poll opition please post it for me I can't figure it out at all. I just want a yes or no to the kidd, Maglorie for Kwame, Farmar and Odom, 1st rd pk thats it simple..... Ronnie at the 4 he can do it great numbers.....I like his game more than LAmar.......

No. Downgrade at C. Big loss at PF, which leaves us with barely anything at PF.

Kidd's great, but he's not worth that.

Take out the Kwame-Magloire swap, take out the 1st, and add Boone from the Nets.. I'd do that.

Big drop at Centre, Maglorie has better hands and he is better at getting blks a former all star he is only 29 just not getting min, he avg 6 and 6 w/ 1 blk in 20 min last yrs. I'd take that he shoot ft's like Kwame and has very close FG % over .50. Don't tell me it's a dwn grade at all, he will back up Ronnie at the 4.

Ronnie is better than Odom I think for this offence. He could avg 14 and 8 and 2 blks. Depth wise DJ in my opinion is better D than Kwame so to say we lose by moving Kwame not a chance.

Depth wise Turiaf would be great in starting rotation. Maglorie 15 min a game beauty ful......
