I agree the max is a bit much. I'd like to see him get a deal like Kaman's. That's in a perfect world. If he says it's "max or goodbye", then we'll have no choice but to give him the max, obviously. But damn, I just don't think he's done enough to earn a $75 mil in 5 years contract.

no for the max to bynum

an offer similar to iguodala's or deng's should be fit..i think 5 years 50million or so...by that time he'll be 25ish and he'll deserve his MAX MONEY

or an extention like Lebron and Wade so he can really get the big cash at the beginning of his prime.

we are expecting to have a run at the tittle, but no one is expecting to actually win it this year, so if we don't then Bynums price will be the max in a couple of years after we win a couple of tittles.

Give him the max. He's already one of the best centers in the NBA. I fully expect him to be THE best in due time.

A three year max deal is probably the safest bet.

That way if he falls off, turns into Kwame Jr. or has knee issues, then you can get out of the deal.

Don't worry, they'll have no problem trading a massive expiring contract of a player that puts up 15/9/4 consistently.

$75mil, Max Money...

I dont think he is worth that yet but if we had no other option and his agent wont budge on it I would sign him for that but if that # can be lowered a little I would do it in a heart beat.
