As a sports fan I think teams can't allow the game to come down to a single call by an official. If Baron would have had one less turnover, the Warriors would have made one more stop, grabbed one more board, gotten one more steal... a couple little things well within the their control and the call at the end would have been a moot point. And I'm a Warriors fan, BTW.

But it was a bad call, at a terrible time to make a bad call. I would have been happy with a no-call and reset the inbound... the ball wasn't even in play yet. But the correct call, according to the Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations for the NBA, was to give Monta two foul shots, and the Warriors possession of the ball with 4 seconds remaining and a likely tie game. So that one call may well have resulted in a loss that would have been a win, and that result could determine whether or not the Warriors make the playoffs, or if they make the playoffs, who they have to face in the 1st round. If the tables were turned, I don't think some of you Lakers fans would be so cavalier about crying and getting on with ones life... in fact I see some crying above about an "unnatural basketball move" by Kobe, and that was last season (and it didn't keep the Lakers out of the playoffs).

I don't know why you're crying to this forum when clearly no one cares.

If anything guys like Bell, Barbosa, and Diaw are bigger floppers.

LMAO bias much? diaw? barbs?? ive never seen those 2 flop ever?

i think this will affect fisher come playoffs though, sometimes these things hurt a players reputation

(tho sometimes the refs will ignore flopping no matter how often and blatantly it happens, but you have to play for the spurs for that)

i wonder if there is a case to bring in a "review" to plays down the stretch?
