ESPN: Derek Fisher to announce retirement Tuesday

Derek Fisher was diagnosed with a permanent torn tendon in his right foot. Fisher who played Sunday against Washington apparently aggrivated the tendon more, tearing it permanently. Fisher will announce his retirement on Tuesday. -Ric Bucher (april fools...)
