I'd go with brandon rush cuz he looks like a star. he's so smooth and athletic. also joey dorsey cuz he's a ben wallace type of player

There's a little confusion about the Bobcats' pick. As recently as a few weeks ago the Bobcats' 2008 2nd rounder belonged to the Lakers. Now if you look at nbadraft.net and draftexpress.com it's the Bobcats' pick again. The original press release announcing the trade stated that it's an '08 pick. We'll know for sure in a couple of weeks.

The Lakers also have their own '08 2nd round pick as well.

I'm hoping they get Kyle Weaver with the early pick (if they have it). He's 6'6", good handles, helps run the offense, has a decent, developing outside shot, and most importantly is a fantastic defender. He's great lead guard material. Lester Hudson from Tennessee-Martin's also a nice combo guard, albeit only 6'3".

At nbadraft.net it says that Charlotte's 2008 second round pick belongs to the Lakers.

nbadraft.net's 2008 mock draft shows Charlotte's pick (#38) belonging to Charlotte. Is there some other reference?
