Ariza's Coming Back! / Bynum Partying it up at UCLA?

Post#1 » by Mamba8 » Sun Apr 27, 2008 9:47 pm

"A week from now, I can start doing a little bit of contact. And then a week later I can start playing," he said. "It's definitely good news."

A key defender at small forward, Ariza has been out since Jan. 20 because of a broken bone in his right foot. He is not allowed to dunk yet and can work only on individual skills such as shooting and dribbling over the next week.

An MRI exam Friday showed that the bone in his foot had healed to the point of being able to begin basketball exercises.

Glad to hear it def. will need his athleticism for the second round and beyond. Really happy for him because i thought for sure he was done for the year :D

But on a side not kinda OT but I came accross this article that Bynum was partying at UCLA with which is believed to be his gf and his gf friend. Here's the link:

Ariza is going to be very useful when we try to guard Deron Williams in the second round. Deron is way too strong for either Fisher or Farmar. Ariza is just perfect to guard him.

It'll be great to have Ariza back and HOPEFULLY Bynum. His defense can only help.

Dancing to hip hop music, and running up and down the court -- with some of the best athletes in the world --- are two very different things.

THis is retarted.

Ariza came back from a broken bone faster than Bynum who didnt break any bones. Something is definitely amiss here.

Nah, soft tissue damage is way gnarlier than most broken bones. Bones should be 6-8 weeks depending on the fracture line. Soft tissue can take 10 months in many cases.

Also.... this should be injury thread sticky material, so El LOCKO!
