I've been following the Rox-Utah series and I feel very bad for McGrady... looks like another 1st round exit.

heres the latest of what i think . . . I SURE THE HELL AM GLAD THE SPURS ARE GOING TO BATTLE IT OUT WITH THE HORNETS!

kobe will win the mvp, but chris paul is playin freakin out of his mind!! he is too quick to guard one on one, and the organization has made the smart moves in bringing in a guy who can play that style with him . . . tyson chandler. thats his game, go to the rack and dunk. peja. just sit in the corner and spots up. west. a guy who will pop that midrange jumper all day long. with paul at the forefront leading the charge, they will spread you out and pop you in the mouth. just like what they are doing to dallas.

they have some weaknesses though, so i'm glad the spurs will be able to exploit those areas. in any case, that will give us time to scout, let them fight it out, and whoever meets up with us, take them down!

wow i really feel bad for the mavs... trading away harris was a HUGE mistake...

im glad we didnt trade for kidd... we'd be mavs v 2.0... but we'd probably be worse

and how about the suns literally giving away those games... well, i hope the suns and the hornets really tire out the spurs so they have nothing in the tank when we play them.

Kidd in Denver or LA would be an entirely different proposition to what Kidd is in Dallas.

I wouldn't be so quick to credit Pauls success just yet. IMO he hasn't played a real playoff game yet.

Dallas as a team has not been playing with playoff intensity. they look like like they are on cruise control at 55 mph on a 75 mph highway. it is not Paul that is looking so fast, it is the Mavs (the entire team) that are looking very slow.

I do got to say that I am disappointed in the playoffs so far. I was expecting better games. I don't feel like the playoffs have started yet.

biggest dissapoiment series so far:
Wiz/Cavs
Mavs/Hor
Houston/Utah
rating F

mildly entertaining
Tor/Magic
rating C-

as expected so far
Lakers/Nuggs
Boston/Atl
C- (only because I am a Lakers homer otherwise it would be an F)

excede expectations
Suns/Spurs
Detroit/Philly
A+

The playoffs start when a team wins the first road game of a series.

The biggest upset so far in the playoffs is The wizards losing two to the Cavs IMO. They're a much better team than what they are showing, and the Cavs are SOFT.

the playoffs have been amazing. great games all around

also, we're pretty lucky that the nba decided to push the 15-man playoff roster this year.

I bumped this thread up since I wanted to address a few teams that are now out of the playoffs .

I honestly thought Dallas was going to put up a fight with N.O .
And the Suns - Spurs match up was a sad ending to a franchise that seems to be headed in the wrong direction.
As far as the Pistons , it seems that they have taken control of their series and as far as the Cs .................... Dam .
For starters I cant believe that there wasnt any action taken against K.G and both Cs and the Hawks players that step on the court while Stern was watching the whole incident , but I think this is going to be a good series .
I do hope that the Hawks pull an upset , but I doubt it .
